Description

ATTIC RED-FIGURE SKYPHOS (GLAUX)
Shape and Ornament: Incurving rim, convex body, torus foot. Disparate handles. Interior completely glazed. Incised line at top of foot. Underside of foot reserved and reddened with concentric bands. On each side an owl between olive sprays. Relief contour for curves around eyes.
